From Alkmaar station to EuroParcs Molengroet
At Alkmaar station you take the city bus 2 in the direction of Daalmeer. After ± 30 min you will be arriving at the bus stop ‘Penningweg' exit on the bus stop the bus. The route will now continuing by walking through the beautiful nature park Geestmerambacht to the lobby of EuroParcs Molengroet (± a 40 min walk).
From EuroParcs Molengroet to Alkmaar station
Walk from the lobby through the beautiful nature park Geestmeramcht to bus stop ‘Penningweg’ in Alkmaar (± a 40 min.walk) From there you take city bus 2 or city bus 3 (in the direction to Alkmaar Station). After a ± 30 min ride you will be arriving at the bus stop at Alkmaar station.

What to do on departure?
On the day of departure check out is before 10.00 o'clock.
- Leave the accommodation tidy.
- Make sure the dishes have been washed and everything has been put back in the right place.
- Take the waste to the recycling centre (milieustraat on the map).
- Remove the bed linen from the beds and put it all in one pillowcase.

- Only gas and electric barbecues are allowed
- Please make sure to have a fire extinguisher at hand
- When you smoke, please make sure the cigarette is completely put out and please throw it in the ashtray

EuroParcs Molengroet is working to get the key to a green world by doing business more sustainably. We do this using the standards of Green Key, the international hallmark for sustainable businesses in the recreation and leisure industry.
We could really use your help with this! You can help us by turning off the lights and setting the thermostat to 10 degrees Celsius when you are absent, paying attention to unnecessary water consumption and separating the waste as much as possible.
All of our rental properties meet Greenkey standards. We also have non-rental homes on the park, these are not rated.

We request that you check your bungalow for cleaning and inventory upon arrival. If you miss inventory, please report this to the lobby so that it can be replenished as soon as possible.
You will also receive a paper barrier card with your accommodation key. This allows you to open the entry barrier between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. The outgoing barrier is open 24 hours a day.
You can park 1 car at your accommodation. Additional cars and trailers please consult the lobby. Work vans are not allowed. If you arrive after 10 p.m. you can park it in the general parking lot near the lobby.
Due to the child-friendliness of our park, we urge you to drive the park at walking pace (max. 10 km per hour). Please respect the signposts.
You can log in to our WiFi network for free! The free login code can be found in the accommodation.
We welcome all families at our park. Often a loyal friend also belongs to a family and they are certainly welcome. You can enjoy a wonderful walk with your dog in the Geestmerambacht. .
At the garbage disposal site you will find containers for household waste, glass and paper. You must dispose your household waste in the press container in closed waste bags. The garbage disposal site status can be found behind the swimming pool.
The laundryroom can be found at the main building at the entrance. Coins for the washing machines are available at the lobby for €5.50. You can use a €4 coin for drying. You also have the option of ironing your clothes for €0.10 per 15 minutes.
Barbecuing is permitted at the park when you use an electric or gas barbeque. We ask you to take your neighbors and your own safety into consideration. Open fire is forbidden. The barbecue may not be placed directly on the grass.

Dogs are welcome, in the breeding season and high season they must be leashed. Right in front of the park is a green strip where dogs can be let out. This depends on which beach you want to go to. Petten beach is a 20-minute drive from the park. Hargen aan Zee is also fun to visit, which is also 20 minutes from the holiday park. Bergen aan Zee has several nice beach bars and is 30 minutes by car from the holiday park. There is plenty of parking space.

Gasterij Hotel Molengroet is not part of EuroParcs, but it is located on our holiday park. The hotel and restaurant are located to the right of the reception. The restaurant is open daily from 10:00 - 22:00 and the kitchen from 12:00 - 21:00. Reservations are not required. However, bread rolls, breakfast boxes or drinks boxes should be ordered a day in advance. You can find more information about the hotel and restaurant via this link, also for making reservations.
